One Feed, Every Platform: WooCommerce, Shopify & Beyond

August 24, 2026 · 2 min read

It doesn't matter which platform your store runs on. Export your product feed once, and use NodeXML to reshape it for every marketplace you sell on.

How to Export and Sync Your Feed, No Matter Your Platform

  1. Export your feed from your store. Most platforms can generate a product XML feed natively or via a plugin:
    • WooCommerce: via a feed plugin (e.g. WooCommerce Product Feeds) or your theme’s export tool.
    • Shopify: via the Google & YouTube channel app, or a feed app from the Shopify App Store.
    • PrestaShop, Magento, or custom stores: usually export XML or CSV from the admin panel.
  2. Paste the feed URL or upload the file into NodeXML. It doesn’t matter which platform generated it — NodeXML reads any standard XML product feed.
  3. Map your fields once. NodeXML detects your feed’s structure and suggests matches to each marketplace’s required tags.
  4. Generate a separate feed per marketplace. Skroutz, BestPrice, Google Shopping — each gets its own correctly formatted output from the same source.
  5. Keep it synced. Set an auto-sync schedule so every platform stays updated without re-exporting manually.

The platform you sell from doesn’t matter — what matters is getting one clean source feed. From there, NodeXML handles the marketplace-specific formatting.

Built to Work with Any Store Platform

  • Works with XML feeds from WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, or any custom export.
  • Skip installing a separate marketplace plugin for every platform-channel combination.
  • Define your pricing and field rules once, apply them across every marketplace output.
  • Keep your product data consistent everywhere, even if you sell from more than one store platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need a different NodeXML setup for Shopify vs WooCommerce?

A: No. NodeXML works from the exported XML feed itself, not the platform. As long as you can export an XML feed, NodeXML can transform it for any marketplace.

Q: What if I sell from more than one platform at once?

A: You can connect a separate source feed per store and create marketplace outputs for each, all managed from the same workspace.

Q: Does NodeXML replace my platform's feed plugin?

A: It replaces the need for marketplace-specific plugins. You still need a way to export your base XML feed from your store — NodeXML handles everything after that.
